In view of the existing low rate level and the increasingly higher costs of bunkers, equipment and land transportation, OOCL have decided to implement a rate restoration based on the following scheme and schedule. Effective Date: October 1, 2002 Quantum: US$30/20' US$50/40' This increase is necessary in order that we can continue to provide service at the quality level that you have come to expect.
